# Hub

The **Hub** allows us to blend NFTs, check the inventory, view game statistics, simulate the creation of divisions, access the marketplace, and use many other functions essential to the game's operation. Clicking the Hub icon opens the following screen.

The large library, takes us to our **Inventory**, where we can view all the Planetary Defense NFTs. This screen is very useful because it displays only Planetary Defense NFTs—excluding those from other collections—and provides an aggregated view of any duplicate NFTs.

This screen shows you not only the NFTs in your wallet but all the NFTs from the collection that you own—including those already staked across the various Divisions.

Returning to the home screen, we find the **Main Console** panel, which allows us to view useful game-related information. This includes, for example, the number of active users, the number of transactions, volume, and various other general details that help us understand the game's performance.

Another important feature is the **Tactical Table** (also known as **Team Builder**), which allows us to simulate the creation of our Divisions. This provides a view of the potential ROI based on the hypothetical mission for which the troops are intended, while also allowing us to see the cost of a Division. By considering this cost and the chosen mission, we can evaluate our ROI and determine how long it will take to recoup our investment with that specific setup.

Another key feature is the **Merchant Bay**, which provides an overview of costs along with links to the official AtomicHub and F12 marketplaces. This section also highlights the crafting price—an important detail, given that crafted items can subsequently be sold on the market. Having a clear view of the best option (crafting versus buying) helps us save on our investment. Additionally, for Quantum Chests and Quantum Keys, the system displays the expected average value upon opening them.

The large door on the left, known as the **Genesis Hall**, leads to the section where you can:

* **BLEND SPHERES:** blend in-game NFTs using Materials of varying rarities obtained from Quantum Chests or Quantum Chests+Quantum Keys.\
  For more details on blending, please visit the dedicated section [here](/guide/getting-started/what-is-planetary-defense/nft-blends.md).
* **SACRIFICIAL ALTAR:** sacrifice your NFTs to receive the Fragments needed to ascend in-game NFTs.\
  For more details on ascension, please click on the dedicated section [here](/guide/getting-started/what-is-planetary-defense/nft-ascensions.md).
* **ASCEND NEXUS:** perform the Ascension using your NFTs and Fragments.\
  For more details on ascension, please click on the dedicated section [here](/guide/getting-started/what-is-planetary-defense/nft-ascensions.md).
* **COMMAND CENTER:** return to the HUB's home screen.

The hub concludes with a link that leads directly to the game, allowing us to easily resume all activities.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://planetary-defense-guide.gitbook.io/guide/web-game/pd-hub.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
