# Dashboard

The **Dashboard** is a visual control panel that collects, organizes, and presents key data and information in real time.

### It's Purpose:

It summarizes data from your divisions, staked assets, and missions, as well as providing a general overview of your Planetary Defense profile.

A planetary defense profile looks like this:

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/HoM7GZYdV7Wm70TrVqWo/image%20(50).png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

At the top of the page, there is a summary of the tokens we own—**WAX**, **TLM**, and **DEF**—which are required for the missions to run.

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/GA2SHAAFYqzgExb9ms75/image%20(51).png" alt="" width="292"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

On the left frame, meanwhile, we have all the available **game menus**.

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/TEz2eT9GnxCQLXmClnXJ/image%20(52).png" alt="" width="113"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In the top-left corner, we have the **Hub**, which allows us to blend NFTs, check our inventory, view game statistics, simulate division building, access the marketplace, and use many other functions essential to the game's operation.

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/yLhA2mDD9qW3BBm5lzPD/image%20(53).png" alt="" width="141"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In the top right corner, you can change the G**ame Language**, configure additional **WAX nodes**, and view your **WAX account** (please note that clicking on the account logs you out of the game, requiring you to log in again).

The most interesting part of the dashboard is in the central section.

Here we have:

* **Total Defense**: the value corresponding to the sum of the defense of all your divisions
* **Total Attack**: the value corresponding to the sum of the attack of all your divisions
* **Divisions**: the total number of divisions; this includes those not assigned to any mission.
* **In Missions**: the number of divisions actually on an active mission
* **Staked Assets**: the number of PD NFTs staked

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/Dkr3Rz4MVOVTrJiyHGkJ/image%20(56).png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Just below, we have **Quick Actions** with links that take us to specific sections.

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/89P6enyZAolJf6mR4h4g/image%20(57).png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

and finally, a summary of our **Recent Activities.**

<figure><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/6kbcVlkhhuJRfUuLf7Tt/blobs/fXutglD8IVTMYi2TaHA7/image%20(58).png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Did you hear that beautiful background music? Well, if you don't like it, you can still turn it off using the button at the bottom right.

Note: The information on this page reflects the current state of Planetary Defense's development. As new features are actually released and the game evolves, some details here may change, and this page will be updated to stay accurate.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://planetary-defense-guide.gitbook.io/guide/web-game/dashboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
